Thread OP

Hello comrades! I have a little problem: I tried to deal with those mites with a specific chemical product (it said it was soft for the rose itself (I have two mini roses)), but it harmed the rose ( + another plant), making the leaves yellow, hence I had to cut it (now it is green). Now I just use a strong stream of water to combat them (at least the do not leave the web), but they still survive. Thereby I have a question: any specific recommendations?

Post Scriptum: I had a post about the same rose - it survived, although it does not have a drainage (I did not have a chance to get a pot with holes - do not ask me why, however I understand the importance). The buds formed today (approximately 5 months with no flowers!). The past advices helped, so thanks again. The last post:

I just use a water spray to combat spider mites successfully too, however you need to be careful not to get the soil too wet as you have no drain.

Once spider mites show up, I use water. every day for 3 days, then every other day 3 times. Fairly strong spray under foliage and wash bush off from the top.
It's a rose!!! It has nothing to do with life and death.
