Pretty much what I said in that thread. Pre-cooled lilies are meant to be sold and planted in the spring. At 90 degrees I doubt that they will grow roots. I would try to give them some shade and not a lot of water. If it tries to bloom snip the top off to remove the buds. Your best hope is for it to come back next year. Vendors who sell sprouted lilies in the middle of summer are not reputable in my opinion.
