The RHS International Lily Register and Checklist and the supplements provide data through August 2012. The main register covers the period through September 2005 and the remainder period of time is covered in the five supplements.

The quickest way to find a lily in these registers is to use the "Find" feature in your pdf software.

Be warned that these are large pdfs, especially the main register.

It is my hope that making this link easily available here people will use the register to help affirm whether they receive correctly named lilies from vendors.

This is great reference material. I've used it a lot in the last couple of weeks checking for info on some I ordered this fall. I see Bell Tower by Judith Freeman must be so new, it didn't make print yet. Something to keep in mind. I find that once I start digging in there for older cultivars, I can't stop until I nearly fall asleep. Rolling on the floor laughing

You were good Anthony.
The problem is that when you are young your life it is ruined by your parents. When you are older it is ruined by your children.

The last RHS lily register supplement is dated 2013. Is RHS still publishing these? It seems
like it's time for an update. Pete

I have not heard anything about when the next supplement will come out. When it does members of NALS are usually notified via the Quarterly Bulletin.

Just tried to go to Gerry's web site and it is no longer up and running? Anyone know the status on this? I have used this extensively to look up different cultivars - it would be a shame if it is no longer available...

I assume he took it down. It was always my first "go to" place for a quick look up of older lilies. I miss it, especially when moderating the lily data base here.

Somewhere I downloaded danen's 2013 temporary file in csv format (expandable). 9728 entries, 3626KB. The tree mail system here doesn't allow that format, but if you tree mail me with a regular email address, I can send it to anyone. Smiling

Hi 3Pete, I'm a member of the RHS Lily Group. Yes, I am a Brit. Perhaps I might be able to help out. I did Goole a while ago. RHS.Lily Group/lily register Quite a lot of info came up.
As I am a newbie on this website it's taking a while to find my way around.

Welcome Growmore to the NGA and the Lily Forum here!

The most recent supplement is current through 31 August 2018 (7th supplement in the link at the top of this page). They are always at least a couple of years behind.

This "thread" is "stickied" to the top of the page as a convenience to link directly to the RHS Lily Register and its supplements.
