Sandi thanks for that second sizing link. The printed out hands chart notes XL 8.4" length as well as the 10" C.

I'll change my order back to Large.

Crittergarden I am going to call and ask about the XS. If I can get them you may have to order in multiples of a dozen unless someone else needs XS. I will get back to you on this Smiling

Lynn0805 the only stupid question is the one not ask. The shipping costs is for reference so you may know how much the shipping can be. No I don't need you to send me the box and postage. I will get the boxes and ship your gloves to you. I will use the smallest and cheapest way I can

Eclayne, I never changed your order to extra large because I DO NOT go back to any previous posts. All NEW information needs to be in a NEW post otherwise I will not see the changes.

I called Ron at Seamar (Atlas gloves) and we can get XS in Purple only. If anyone needs XS for kids or themselves it is now on the spreadsheet.

I am going to be asking everyone several times to check the SS as I am human and also Google has been known to have a hiccup and we don't want anyone missing their order or getting the wrong size or color.

Also please remember to T-mail me your name and address in all caps along and bold if you can with your screen Name beside your actual name.

Great idea about the purple extra small for kids, Sandy. My grandson and the neighbor's kids like to come over and help me. I'll feel much more comfortable if all their hands are protected.

I have always wanted some for my DGD's as they liked wearing mine. They are so cute when they are wearing mine.

Please don't pay until your name is pinked at the top. The pink at the bottom is for reference of the color you will see at the top when it is time. Thanks

Crittergarden would like to order
TWO DOZEN (that's 24 pair) Atlas 370 in XS, violet (purple)

And yes, they're all for me.
Life with XS hands and feet has taught me to hoard what I need when I can find it because it might just disappear later!
Rolling my eyes.

BTW - Thank you VERY much for investigating and discovering that you could order them in XS. I have been paying ~6 per pair, buying them one or two at a time until now. I had just found a place I could get them for a little over $3 each and was about to order a bunch of them when I found this thread. You're saving a middle aged disabled woman some bucks and I thank you! I'm also glad to be ordering them from here rather than just some company!

peace.

Was anyone able to actually print that sizing chart at the proper scale?

I tried twice and wasted ink. Everything on my end was set to print "actual size" so I think there is just a problem with their PDF file. It's printing too small for the listed measurements. The last pair of leather-palmed work gloves I owned were for kids and had teddy-bears on them so I know there is no way that my tiny hands wear a large!

Thanks! Smiling

I used the Palm flex measurement that Sandy linked to … http://www.palmflex.com/glove-...
Seems to be very accurate. edit…Using the measuring tape. And then referring to the Unisex chart.

Oh Danita!
I can RELATE!!!
I agree I agree Hilarious!
Until the Atlas 370 XS, I never wore gloves at all because the floppy fingers were too hard to work with.....

XS seems to work for most 6 to 10 year olds. they're still too big for Joyanna, who wears size 5T clothes, but she'll be in them next summer when her other "children's" gloves are too small.

My hand is about average for a woman, I think, and I take an Atlas Medium. The Small fits too -- goes on, but is uncomfortably tight after a while. Likewise, the Large fits me with just a little extra room at the fingertips and a little extra play around the palm & knuckles. You get the idea -- these are pretty stretchy!

How long do you think you'll have this sale open? I was thinking I could see if anybody else wanted to order with me and pick up their gloves at the Mid-Atlantic spring swap...

Tara, thanks but those measurement are generic sizing whereas the Atlas sizing chart was supposed to be for the Atlas gloves specifically (and there is a difference between the generic and Atlas sizing measurements listed.) I think ignoring the picture of the hands on the chart and going with the written measurements would be the best bet.

Crittergarden, oh yes, I'm familiar with the foul floppy finger! Thumbs down Do you mind telling me your hand measurements? My circumference is 6 3/4" and length is 6 1/4" so I think I'm somewhere between a XS and S and not sure which would be best.

Hi Jill! Thanks for the info! Smiling
