They really are nice!! Chickhill, I have found Lemon Ball, to not be winter hardy around my place, the looked great until we had several weeks of very cold (for us - daytime highs never about the 20's and lows in teens) the plants just seemed to melt. I think they'd do great in a greenhouse, or cold frame once your temps get cold again! I tip my hat to you.

gg5 Thank You! I tip my hat to you. for posting that info. Will try to remember to put a pot in the pump house this fall. We run a big light bulb for freezing temps. Ogon & Coral Reef did not come back out for me, Limelight wasn't fazed, Zentaro came back from roots.

My Coral Reef died this year too. Have had that for 2-3 years. Darn really liked that one.

I have a tray specifically for sedum plants so that when I need to do container planting I grab that tray to see available sedums for planting.

Julia, Shopping opportunity come May... Whistling
I just updated my shop lists; one for PO, one for Youngs and anything goes for Canby... Whistling
Just realized that sedum should go on my lists too. I've only been listing semps... Crying

I just got a variegated Ogon from Young's http://www.youngs-garden.com/s...
I'll take photos tomorrow - but I've been looking for this plant for a year now...last year I saw it in someone's yard, and thought it was an Ogon but couldn't find any online info about it, and happened to see it on Young's website!
Hurray!

I saw that one for the first time when I made a visit to Wild Ginger Farm. Sedum makinoi 'Variegata'. It really grabs your attention. Can't wait to see your photos Greg.

This is my Angelina coming out of winter. The deer couldn't eat it this year because of the deep snow!

I love Angelina. But she does get agressive for me. My mom just took a ton home with her. And I've been moving pieces to cover the ground under my Honeysuckle where I can't plant anything that requires digging. And I think I might use it to shade the feet of my new clematii

Thanks for that link, Greg. Looks like the sedum section got expanded with more inventory. I don't think it had that many offerings before when I perused that section almost 3 weeks ago. Now I will have to tweak my shopping list! Did I mention that I am going to try and go to Youngs on my way up to the semp clinic... Whistling

Bev good luck at Young's! I know you are going to have a very challenging time not buying out the store!! Rolling on the floor laughing
Jennifer - I love Angelina (and the other rupestre's) because for me, they grow fine in shade or sun or any conditions I throw at them! In shade they are less vibrant but still interesting plants! Hurray! Hurray!

Jennifer I don't think Angelina has a bad time of the year for color. That coppery highlighted color is gorgeous. Awesome photo.

Uh oh, Bev is dangerously close to the brink of never return addiction. Whistling

Hey there Chichill, you are just catching onto all kinds of tricks here at ATP. Good going. Hurray!
