If the plant is hidden in your list, then the report is hidden in the database, too.

Oh, this is NICE! So much better than having to try to remember where I wrote the information down on a spreadsheet somewhere.....

This is fantastic Dave! Now when I want to know when it blooms or the foliage dies back or whatever *in my area*, all I have to do is look at the db entry! Even if there aren't grower's reports for my particular area; I can see what happens in south Al., or Ga., or in Texas. This is tooo cool!

I just love how Dave listens to everyone's suggestions and then implements those ideas right away.
We are one lucky bunch to have you as our leader Dave!

Ok, dave. On our home page we have, newest comments to the plant database, new Multi-Plant Photos, recent images from the Plant Database, recently tipped, and recent threads. How about recent Growers Reports?

I like that idea.

Here is another one I did where I noted the start of bloom time for an iris this year and last year. I had several iris that bloomed about 2 weeks this year so now I can see both dates. Tall Bearded Iris (Iris 'Boysenberry Buttercup')

Dave, the events run all together so it's hard to decipher where one ends and the next one begins.

We have emoticons for different things. On these lists many of us will be using the word 'bloomed/flowered' -
and purchased/obtained, etc.

What if there were some shorthand emoticons for that? Here is an example using just the existing emotes:

4/12/14 = obtained
5/15/14 = bloomed
11/1/14 = died

Also, as an aside, I noted that you seem to have entered a duplicate date for Tall Bearded Iris (Iris 'Boysenberry Buttercup')

It shows that you have it blooming on April 24, 2013 twice. Was that intentional?

I have wondered about that, too, and am giving it some thought. @Jon was asking me about his daylily crosses that he wants to track. I'm going to need to make a way for the plant list to support plants that aren't in the database, clearly.
