This popped up where I have been putting lilies some where no ID bulblets.

It is bigger then what I have seen so far, was not sure if it was a lily or not.

Looks like a lily to me. You can always carefully dig down alongside the bulb and see if it is comprised of scales. However, lily leaves at this stage can easily break off and that will set the bulb back quite a bit.

Not all lilies are equal-- some do make larger leaves than others, and these "basal" leaves can be bigger than leaves on the stems.

Thank you , I have been randomly planting the NoID ones but thought maby something finally popped up that was here before I moved in or something I forgot about.

Let us know how these turn out. If it is indeed a lily it should put up a stem next year. It may or may not put out a bloom then-- you may have to wait another year for that.
