I wish my seedlings would bloom. The no id is one I got from Home Depot five years ago. I have an Aztec Gold plant that hasn't bloomed yet and I've had it for three years now.

Oh no, Gigi. I thought it would be tough to have to wait 3 years for my seedlings to bloom. I would hate to have to wait that long for rooted cuttings to bloom. I think the only rooted cutting that has not bloomed is my Madame Gallibert I got from Hetty, three summers ago. But then again, perhaps it did bloom last summer. I just don't remember. It is growing well though and I hope it will throw out an inflorescence this summer.

Yes Ken, I hope it will never happen again though. I learned that even a perfectly healthy rooted cuttings will not bloom on half gallon pots and that they do need food in addition to sun. a plumeria, is a tree Whistling Whistling

I do have those 3 to 4 inches little short cuttings that broke off, from failed grafting experiments that I rooted. Those will not bloom in 3 years for sure because they need to reach their mature size and most likely rootball to bloom.

Thanks Gigi. Something ate part of the first bloom that opened, and this morning I found the bloom dead and shriveled. It could have been grasshoppers? They're everywhere in my garden. Thumbs down

That would be great if they did bloom next year. I know I'll feel more comfortable putting them in more direct sun once they're in bigger pots.
