Arlene, we got 0.06 inches in September. Broke the record for the driest September. And we are apparently at the 10th driest year on record. Glare

Me too but only if it doesn't come in the form of damaging storms.

It was 63 when we got up this morning. The sun is now shining and it is warming up. Last night we had lots of wind and tornado warnings, along with 1.4" of rain, which was badly needed. I need to do some deadheading of mums in the garden, but before that, we have to go out for groceries. Grocery shopping is at the bottom of the favorite things to do list.

Debra, I grew up in Denver, CO. I TRULY understand dry, very dry. Living in FL is like living on opposite ends of the world! Do hope you get some rain and cooler weather.

It is very windy here right now and as I look to the west, the sky is very dark. I think we have some storms on the way. They did predict rain for today.

Arlene, I spent seven years in Littleton and Englewood, but we moved when I was 9, so the only thing I remember about the weather is walking to school in snowsuits. Hilarious!

Linda, is it time for the mornings to get a lot cooler?

Delicious weather here today. Hurray! Hurray! Hurray! A bright & cheerful sun, 77 degrees right now, supposed to be a high of 77 but it might get a bit higher. 63% humidity but going down.
Cold front is moving in. Tonight 47 degrees. Tomorrow 72/48. Monday 79/56. Sunshine all 3 days. Then we warm back up to mid 80's.

Not nice here today with lots of rain as forecasted. No outside fun for Lily dog as she hates the rain and just wants to go back inside. Yesterday was really nice and at least tomorrow is supposed to be decent out.

Thanks Cindy. It really doesn't happen as often as you would think it would here. A few days & we'll be mid 80's & that just gets too warm unless the humidity is super low & there's a heck of a breeze so I really appreciate the days we can open up.
