Maybe a stylized F1 (to fancy it up a bit). I was thinking, we could make this the simplest of all ATP badges. Thumbs up I like Rick's and Jay's ideas too.

I was thinking similarly: hybridizes don't just make any old F1, they make F1s that are some kind of fancy-font italics.

The "Flower X Flower" design might be thought of as a little bit "racy".

32x32 pixels is not enough to show forceps, organza bags, paint brushes and Q-tips.

A seedling growing in a pot? Or two different colored flowers with a seed above them.

I've often seen the "white flower + red flower = pink flowers" on simple hybridizing diagrams.
I quickly tried a couple of things but it's hard to get anything to work/read well when they are the tiny 32x32 microbadge size.

I like the 'red flower x white flower with pink flower underneath it' idea better. Like Danita proposed.

As Danita said, it's hard to work with 32x32 pixels. If Danita wants to send me a 32x32 png with transparent background I'll see about replacing what I made with hers.
