Now that's an unusual Iris! Looks like the ruffles on both the standards and falls are restricted to the rim. And there's color variation/shading on the falls. That's really interesting!!

From the Superstition Iris Gardens catalog:

"Sport Coat (Edinger 2014) 18 - 22" - ML. Diploid; sport of "Joseph's Coat Katkamier" (Katkamier 1930). The latest entry in the complex group of Honorable/San Souci sports. Again, lacking Yellow pigment, now we have an Amoena of pure White standards over Falls lined in Violet that coalesces to solid at the tip. Purple base foliage."

the flowers on Joseph's Coat Katkamire are no two flowers alike. the hybridizers name is a later registration because iris J.C. is a Louisiana.
