I picked up a Fusion bulb at the Friends Plant Sale here in St. Paul, MN, for $7. Henry is the sale organizer, and who usually chooses what is for sale. I complemented him on his lily variety selections, and he said he had turned it over to Jen, one of our (Minnesota) North Star Lily Society members. A wise decision. I brought the bulb home and then proceeded to break the growing tip off.

Well, there is always next year....

Given this hybrids weird lifestyle, it wouldn't surprise me it started 2 or 3 new growing points over winter, 1 or 2 of which could shot a stem with a couple buds. Kind of a strange hybrid.
