All of mine seem to be doing really well this year. Must be the rain.

I love all the colors that Hot Papaya goes through before it gets to the final stage. The orange on the far left is part of the parade.

I love these new shorter varieties.

So pretty this year.

So this pretty little flower showed up in my tomato patch
I know it is a coneflower but I only have the plain old pinkish and some pow wow and ruby giant
All pink

any idea?

Oh, wow love that patch of tall phlox and cone flowers!! That is just lovely, now I must plant some together lol.

I have three beautiful clumps of coneflowers that I would like to move. They are the smaller varieties like sombrero and cleopatra. Do I lift them with a lot of dirt and what time of year is best to do that?

I would wait till Spring if you are close to as hot as it is here in NJ. Echies take longer then most to establish so I do not like or have had much success in the Fall. If you do it get as much dirt as possible.

This is my Green Envy and a wonderful peach beauty that came up all on its own. I am wondering if coneflowers can seed out into different colors like phlox do?
