Many of us put seed out to attract backyard birds, but we can bring even more birds to the garden by adding summer fruiting shrubs.

When do you plant these recommended plants and when will you be able to enjoy them

I guess if you find potted shrubs at your local nursery you could plant most any time. Otherwise plant in early spring or in the fall.
