It would be interesting to see if they produce selfs, or mixtures.

I love the way Haunted Heart apparently passes much of its subtle beauty to its offspring. Barbara, I bet you'll see some interesting seedlings!

I just hope it takes. If I remember right Tom didn't get any seedlings from Haunted Heart last year. Hoping for the best and not sure if they will bloom at the same time.

I haven't been able to make it work, but others have of course as there are lots of nice ones coming down the pike form Haunted Heart. I will be trying to use it again this year.

I just checked the data base, and I only see pollen offspring from it, not pod. I wonder if that's the only way it's working or if none of it's pod offspring were registered????

I've given Temporal Anomaly 3 tries, rotted the first two times, but went into winter looking good. I have my fingers crossed. Love that one.

Hopefully different colors with those lines!

Brad showed some Keppel crosses with Haunted Heart that looked much like HH but of different colors. I thought it would be pretty cool to have a little section of the different colors in my garden.

That would be so cool Leslie! I'd love to see red versions of HH and/or a red and white version of Chardonnay and Ice! Yeah, I'm still kinda obsessing over red and white bicolors.

Maybe a cross between Dreaming Of Rio and Haunted Heart would give you something near that.

Well it had 3 possible bloom rhizomes, all 3 rotted off. Some side increases look ok, but it's been doing that for a while. Confused

Barbara.. Good things happen when you mix Keppel's and Blyth's together normally good growing plants in a mix of colors Smiling I say go for it most of my Seedlings from Haunted Heart are from using it as a pollen parent it is very fertile that way and you will get seedlings with lines on the falls from it.

Richard.. You will have fun making the crosses and watching them grow nothing like the surprise of them blooming for the 1st time.

@gemini_sage Ecstatic Echo was a red and white amoena when I was at Schreiner's last year. In its description that is after its standards fade. I got a good clump shot.

.

Brad, after I looked up Chardonnay and Ice and saw the child plants that came out of it I wondered what these two would produced (with lines). I loved all your seedling from your Haunted Heart crosses.
