never heard about a roller or even any other Sempervivum like 'brachcanthum' or brachycanthum'. Cannot find anything about in any forum or Database.

'brachycanthum' translated means 'with short stings' or 'with short thorns'

So it is a Sempervivum globiferum hirtum? It is very different from my others. I might try using it as a parent in a cross.

Thank you Greg, it is one of the NOIDs that I have kept for years. Maybe I should put a new label just under the old one with the name NOID hirta 'Stinger'?
