My Marrying Kind isn't going to bloom this year, but sure has a bunch of increases. Maybe one of those will bloom as a couple are really big. It's one where the main rhizome just isn't developing into a big fan, giving everything to the babies.

This type of behavior is common for me as well. It does seem to delay seeing the iris, but usually you have several increases and more potential bloom the next year.
