I am a planner who eventually plunks!!
I thoroughly enjoy drawing it out. My career was in Residential Building Design, so planning is in my blood! Problem is, I tend towards symmetry, which is very restricting when it comes to nature
so
I've learned some hard (and expensive) lessons!
I think, I must have lived in a castle or an estate with formal, symmetrical gardens, and short, meticulously trimmed evergreen shrubs, in a former life!
(fantasize much??
)
Every year, I have a few sessions of "musical plants". Like everyone else, I move stuff to other areas, for various obvious reasons, but mostly to make space for something new! Especially daylilies!
It's a constant exercise in the gardening technique of plunking, while pushing myself into the world of asymmetrical design....
