Welcome!
I don't know why your plant looks like an echeveria to me maybe because it looks so big and the leaves are so far apart from each other.
Anyway, there have been semps that do have bumps; some have them temporarily. I have seen them on seedlings that people have grown but not in a known cultivar. And I have observed bumps on one of my sempervivums, but they are tiny ones. Sorry I can't help with your identification.

It also looks like an Echeveria to me, but I can't ID it.

Once an ID is lost on a sempervivum it will always be a noid do to there habit of changing in diffent seasons. However, my 'Rita Jane' gets those warts in summer.

Hi Heraclio, and a big Welcome! to NGA. So glad you found your way here. Welcome! Welcome!
Like Julia, my 'Rita Jane' has the same type of won it's leaves in the spring. They only seem to be present in the spring before disappearing for the rest of the year.

We would call your wonderful sempervivum a NOID (NoDI), for the reason Julia stated in her above post.

Hope you keep us posted on any changes your semp goes through in the months to come.

that looks like a Echeveria setosa var Deminuta, I have the same thing and I can tell based on the little hairs on the end.

Hi Dexter.
That is possible, but now sure.
@Heraclio has your plant bloomed? If so, maybe you can show us a photo of the bloom?

The plant is a Sempervivum, not an Echeveria. You can tell by the marginal cilia, the rosette shape, and the leaf shape. E. setosa var. deminuta has thick, glaucous, spathulate leaves. This plant has green, glabrous, oblong-lanceolate leaves. E. setosa var. deminuta has hair on the tips of the leaves, but this plant does not. This plant has a loose rosette with fewer leaves compared to E. setosa var. deminuta. I would guess that this plant is a hybrid of S. tectorum. Smiling

Castello, I agree with you. The plant is somewhat etiolated.

In case no one has noticed, this thread is 7 years old and the only posts that Heraclio has made. He/she likely didn't sign up for email notifications. Still a good discussion though. Photos of blooms likely not coming.

I have both S. Rita Jane and E. Raindrops. I'm with sempervivum with this one. An etoliated one to a certain extent.
