Like Julia, my 'Rita Jane' has the same type of won it's leaves in the spring. They only seem to be present in the spring before disappearing for the rest of the year.


We would call your wonderful sempervivum a NOID (NoDI), for the reason Julia stated in her above post.

Hope you keep us posted on any changes your semp goes through in the months to come.
