We went for a walk today. A lot of people must have taken today off because there was not much traffic.

I do. Not sure what brand, but I saw one at sams, about the same, but had a pan that came with it. That pan would be awesome for some things.

There is a learning curve...time..some things need a spray of PAM. I have only tried frozen things, put away until after the holidays, and Im going to try a chicken breast.

They are much bigger than they look, take up alot of room depth wise, but I loved it when I got things right. Its also fast and perfect for one or two. Even tho big, they are very light.

I got mine on 6 easy pays from qvc . Hadnt watched that show in years, and jumped on it. Old habits apparently die hard. Sighing! Whistling nodding

Going to check air fryer recipes right now. Thumbs up

Karen, I think it will be a good night to make some ActiFri potatoes to go with chicken legs for dinner, man it is cold here.

Trying to get back on track with food and exercise - took Charlie for his walk this morning and then went by myself in the afternoon. Ended up with 9 miles total - great, but not likely to be repeated in the next few days. Will turn cold and windy and maybe even snow on Friday - I do not do snow walks. Charlie does not seem able to tolerate the cold at all. Longing for summer!

Yesterday I took the tree and decorations down, that sure is a lot f work, glad that DH was such a big help putting everything away, then vacuumed and put the furniture back in place.

I did 80 minutes of exercise today, it was lower body, my legs felt like lead after. Hilarious!

Freezing rain and then rain today. I put spikes on my boots and walked about 3 blocks each way from my car to a haircut appointment. That was enough in the heavy rain - my coat was soaked as I should have taken an umbrella.

They are calling for a high of 58F. There is about an 80% chance of a small amount of rain in the middle of the night. Yesterday was cloudy all day. It is too dark to see how it is right now. If it is sunny, it will get above 58F. That is almost guaranteed.

We went to the gym today, exercised for an hour.

9 miles!! I am very, very impressed. I like to walk for exercise with my dog Lily but I could never do anything even near 9 miles. 5 miles is my most long walk but the 3 1/2 mile one is the one I do most often.

Yup, not in the rain or snow!!
