stillwood said:Trying to get back on track with food and exercise - took Charlie for his walk this morning and then went by myself in the afternoon. Ended up with 9 miles total - great, but not likely to be repeated in the next few days. Will turn cold and windy and maybe even snow on Friday - I do not do snow walks. Charlie does not seem able to tolerate the cold at all. Longing for summer!

9 miles!! I am very, very impressed. I like to walk for exercise with my dog Lily but I could never do anything even near 9 miles. 5 miles is my most long walk but the 3 1/2 mile one is the one I do most often.

Yup, not in the rain or snow!!
