Nope. Not a chance. A few warm days is not going to change the soil temperature at bulb level by more than a couple tenths of a degree or so. There are some very interesting technical reasons for this we can discuss over coffee sometime. In addition, lily bulbs themselves don't react and respond quick enough to appreciate any brief increase. I've done a lot of study work over the years collecting data from my own gardens here.
Even so, there's a lot going on inside bulb right now. And one of them has to do with bud formation and bud counts. While a bulb may not respond immediately to the slightest temperature increase, it may react to it and show it in different ways the following blooming season.
