I don't think so. It is true that spot density can vary in a cultivar, even on the exact same plant, but the petal shape is way different. And the different pistil color may be significant, too.
By the way, I like the noid petals much better.
Wide petals are a great characteristic for most hybridizing, one of the reasons why I like Tinos.
