Thread OP

Really enjoyed your article. I planted 17 seeds and as of today, 1 month later, I have 12 seedlings. My question is what type of fertilizer do you use and what is the dilute ratio you use. I followed your instruction exactly and things look great. Just can't wait till spring and get the new plants moved to the garden. We live in Tennessee and are in hopes of blooms in the spring.

I use 1/4 strength liquid fertilizer such as MiracleGro. You can fertilize them once a month until Spring with this dulited fertilizer. Be sure to add a couple drops of Hydogen Peroxide to the water every time you water plants. As the weather cools, I find I only have to water once a week. Don't overwater as that can cause damping off/root rot. They like a sunny window sill in winter. Good Luck!
