Hi Everybody,
I'm just new to lilies, having just purchased one (pictured) in a pot, brought it home, given it water since the loamy media seemed quite dry, and then placed it in the place with the proverbial "full, indirect sunlight".
Now, yellow has been marching up the leaves from the bottom at an alarming rate in the last five days. Could someone give me a diagnosis?
I'm in a new house and intend to continue with this lily business in the garden outside as well as inside so this is my plant with training wheels that I hope will come up in my garden next spring.

Not enough water? Not enough sun? Does the pot itself have good drainage (water easily passing through bottom holes)?

Hi, Well, the water drained easily through the pot after watering , so I'm pretty sure the soil drains well. It's in a open spot but not one subject to direct light, in accordance with what I had read.
I got it last Saturday and all was green as I recall
