I bought a bag of bulbs and when I opened them they had already started growing. The problem is they are completely white. Will they live? Will they turn green?

Hi and Welcome!

Yes, they should live. Plant them as soon as possible. How long are the shoots?

Okay. In that case I'd plant them so just the tip of the shoot is showing. Given exposure to light, they should start to green up.

Since they are so far advanced, I would disbud them (remove the flower buds as soon as they start to form) this year to give them a chance to settle into their new home properly.
