Hmmm. Maybe I could help you fill in that hole ... they say that spot composting is a practical way to dispose of ... unwanted organic matter ...

I thought he meant to bury the neighbor there and then plant new roses on top of her. LOL.

Hi Susan,

>> Rick, I have never heard of spot composting, how does it work. Is Spot the name of the dog?

Good one! That would p[robably be the fastest way to convert unwanted neighbors to plant food. "Here Spot! Good boy! Sic 'em, Spot! Go get 'em!"

The plants she killed (and trees!) might not think it was excessive, but still ... it WOULD be wrong.

I want to be on record about that, just in case her husband or some other neighbor decides to 'plant her deep', and the cops come after me for it.

R: I think he said "We CAN do that. But it would be wrong". Not sure.
I knew one of those guys... not Haldie but another one. Dwight C. Long long ago. Boy, was that a long time ago!

My dog is Lexie... when she pees, it's all over... Smiling except the immediate area around the brown Spot... that grows VERY lush. Must be a girl thing. Wazz-up-wid-dat? Wazzupwiddat?

You're on record.

You must be right, "CAN" is more consistent with their style than "can't".
I forget.

My mother was so mad at Tricky Dick that she got a copy of his "enemies list" and added her own name to it, and posted it on our refridgerator.

I would eliminate 13 striped ground squirrels, creeping Charlie, thistles. We're over run with ground squirrels this year - must be a result of the mild winter we had.

Yes, I'm poking around in old threads today...........

I would eliminate
1. grass
2. Grass
3. GRASS

And I already killed most of it. I am not remotely interested in mowing. I'm replacing it with alyssum, thyme, California poppies (I was SO HAPPY that they would grow here!), Johnny Jump Ups, etc.

I would eliminate:

1. Creeping buttercup
2. Moles
3. Burdock

P.S. I like to mow, I find it relaxing. Course I have a riding mower with a beer holder, so...
I want to live in a world where the chicken can cross the road without its motives being questioned.
