This quote is from the beginning of My Garden thread for 2015. With 26,885 views and 2,535 replies, I consider it a rousing success and know we will have just as much fun in this coming year on the 2016 thread as we did in the one for the last year.

I try to post flower/plant/garden images often, so if you don't care for chit-chat just skim past it.
Otherwise, feel free to browse, lurk, comment, jump in--there is no such thing as 'off topic' and the more in the pool, the merrier we will all be.

While the Fall and Winter so far have given my area lower than usual temperatures in December, we also experienced lower than the usual number of
freezes to date, an extraordinary amount of rain, and a plethora of much warmer than usual days. As a result, I have flowers blooming on this New Year's Day that would have normally gone dormant weeks back. You will hear no complaints from me...
(Cascading) Rosemary Irene. Tis a right bee magnet.
Coral Drift Rose. Lights up the yard in sunlight, soft and dreamy in shade.
My favorite NOID Dianthus.
Standing Cypress
Gerbera. Probably the longest-lasting and sturdiest bloom in the yard. // Henbit. Some people consider it a weed. I think it is a pretty ground cover.
Red Drift Rose
Just Joey // NOID pink showing freeze burn (we HAVE had a couple of them
).
