I also just discovered what looks like black fungus on a plumbago in the greenhouse. I should probably get a systemic fungicide, right? Then I have the problem that I have lots of earthworms in my soil. Can they survive fungicides? This is my first winter with the greenhouse. I had a nice honeymoon period of a few months, but now it seems like there is a new problem a day! What makes it worse is that we aren't here all the time. We have to leave for up to 2 or 3 weeks at a time, and problems can get out of control quickly.
