I think I read that there is an outdoor paint that glows in the dark (softly)
Do you want soft glow...or lighting for safety...esthetics or function?

Now is the time to get outdoor commercial lighting ..those little bulbs that look like Christmas tree lights and be wrapped around tree. Those can be wrapped up and inside twig balls / grapevine balls and hung in trees

We also got great patio lights at costco - cheap!
