I don't know David, that is why I am trying them outside and in, I hope so, it was 70 here today, the ones inside have now sprouted so we shall see which ones fair better. But now that I have seen what everyone on here is able to accomplish with winter sowing outside I am willing to give it a try and see what happens. It just seems like it is alot less hassle though I do love seeing the seedlings pop up inside. My Impatiens are up yeah!
