It does look like a Mammillaria elongata. Thank you for leading me in that direction. Hopefully I can do some research and see exactly what kind. I thought that maybe it leaned, from her not having it in the right light, but I have mine in a very sunny south facing window, I turn it and it still leans lol. Do you know how I should be taking care of it? Water, light, anything and everything? Lol Rolling on the floor laughing
