I called as soon as I opened the box and realized they didn't send Gold Bug. She didn't know why he subbed it. She was very very helpful. And she told me to just keep the Nobel. I guess it's their policy to sub if you don't send a message not to sub. SMG does the same unless you tell them not to sub.

I was just very impressed with how kind and helpful she was. That means a lot to me.

I did not have that experience with another nursery I ordered from, of a incorrectly identified plant (not even of the same species, not even close) they sent me. When they realized what they were offering was not correct they just pulled it off their site because they didn't know what it was. No refund or anything. That wasn't a very good experience.
