When I got mine, I put them under my lights about a week after receiving them. This was in Oct last fall. Photo above was taken end of January of this year.
Approximately 8 wks. to leaf out.

They will first put on new feeder roots in order to support the leaves and this can take a few weeks. The temperature and light will help with this.
I like to water mine, when I do with Rooting hormone and B1 to assist in new root growth. It can seem as they are taking forever, but they will leaf out. Also, you are coming into summer soon and this will help.
