Pegi ... luv that Jadeite green vase ... luv, luv, luv it! I also use the glass lampshades like the one you have there as your base. They are great for stability. I turn them over the other way too and plant in them.

Sharon ... that green piece ... Lovey dubby And the bottle with the head on top is great! I have recently started what I call a Faces on the Fence project on my back fence and adding some totems like that with heads on top would be just the ticket to go with. Very cool! (Yes, one of these days soon, I hope, Sharon.)

This sedum was supposed to go directly into this glass shade from the pot when it was just small cuttings. Got stuck behind the roses and I forgot about it. But they've grown nicely anyway. Must do that today. Now a totem about 2.5-3' tall with a glass lamp shade on top and planted with these sedums ... ah, ha moment. And the shades already have a drainage hole to boot.

The picture also reminds me that I used to do stained glass work. The broken piece was my very first project and the only one I have left. I gave away all the others. What was I thinkin'? :glare:

Faces on the Fence area ... I see there is another totem on the right mostly out of the shot.

Robin, around the area under my big pine tree is another project yet to be done. But I do love that area. Thumbs up
