I thought I'd post a pic on the topics of 'paint is your friend' and 'using the other guys stuff'. This was a very dark spot behind a big ole ash tree in my 'woodland garden' (which is actually just a small area on the north side of the house but it sounds more luvly when you call it a 'woodland garden', don't you think?). Anyhoo I got an unfinished concrete bench at an end of season sale and painted it to become my 'Alice in Wonderland' bench, added some contrasting colour to the fence and with the touch of the other guy's luvly embroidered pillow and another other guy's cute little sunflower TA! TA! I made a reading nook Smiling

As you can see I'm not the best painter as my lines are a little squiggly but methinks it adds to it. The luvliest thing about paint is the do-over factor: if it goes amuk you can always paint it over and start again Thumbs up
