I'm not sure I've had the variegated one long enough to totally see what it can do yet since this summer was SOOO dry here and they weren't in the same conditions. I'd put the variegated ones in more-sun spots. From the material I came out of winter with (one pot of plain plants I've had for about 4-5 yrs & a few stems of variegated, new to me from summer '14.) Here are some pics I took just now, and a pic I'd already taken of under my workbench this past weekend. I did not plant the ones under bench, I laid them there last fall to send to people but didn't get as many takers as plants. They survived the unusually mild winter, took root & never stopped growing. The variegated is all out of the ground by now, from being grounded since March, because I wanted to make sure each piece of that was secure & needed them for 2 new hanging pots.
I didn't take pics of all of the plain ones at all, which all came from tossing pups from the 1 pot I'd kept inside all winter.
The variegated stems are hard to see
These leaves are the biggest of the bunch, about 1/4 as long as the longest plain ones:
Under bench:
The golden rule: Do to others only that which you would have done to you.

The best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago. The 2nd best time is now. (-Unknown)
