I had really good results in a bed that was riddled with bindweed this spring. I swore to pull up every vine that showed its face, shortly after it emerged. I actually stuck with it through the whole season, even though there were many other projects that normally would take precedence. It worked! The bed is now free of bindweed. I'm anxious to see if it will stay that way next spring.
