Molanic, I did try using IE instead of Chrome with same result. I was going to try Firefox but for some reason it's no longer there, not sure how it got eliminated. I haven't made the effort to try to upload it again. My computer has a mind of its own and since I'm a computer dummy, the computer wins most of the time.
