I was just thinking yesterday that I have too many bananas for us to eat right now and that I should make some banana bread! They won't be brown for another day or two, so I'll have to celebrate my banana bread day a little late.
Anyone else in here that doesn't like nuts in their banana bread--or zucchini bread, for that matter? Not liking nuts in my sweetbreads means I'm always having to make my own at home. Gosh darn.....being forced to make fresh banana bread...what a shame!
I suspect my house will smell very good this weekend from the baking. I save a lot of money on scented candles by cooking at home so often.
