"Chocolate Every Day" is my rule. No more than one, 15-17 Carb serving. No more than my share. Well, I try! But as long as I know I can have some chocolate every day I rarely over indulge. I try to make sure it's a good dark chocolate because dark chocolate receives accolades for good health. I choose to believe that.
While eating, I stop what I am doing, I focus on my chocolate, and eat it slowly, enjoying every bit of it. Often I make the serving last a few hours and take bites here and there. I get mad if I forget to have my chocolate serving though!
