Maybe you need to scale down or stop the fertilizer treatment for now. The plant is just waking up and not yet in its ideal growing location where it will get sustained light and warmth.

I also see that kind of leaf damage due to temperature fluctuations, like gotten too cold, so the leaves will eventually blacken and drop. If the tip stays green and healthy, then it will just try to do new leaves later when conditions are more suitable.
