Update. Not that it matters. I've reviewed the list above and if there is an instance of that cultivar in my garden, I am certain it is from another source. So any roses I bought in this order must have perished. Of other mentioned roses from previous VG orders three survive.

Psyche is a monster and on the short list for removal for being just a little too good at growing in comparison to blooming. It is a beautiful plant - for a different spot. It shades out less vigorous roses that might just work in its absence. Casino died the next year very rapidly. It was killed by late frost after leafing out beautifully. Looping and America continue being scrawny. This year both enjoyed getting water earlier in the season, - expecially extra doses in May and June - and may yet become gardenworthy plants, although America (yes, the climbing rose) is still is not quite waist high. Golden Buddha disappeared not long after the above was written. Ditto Amadsu-Otone.
