Yes, multiple tabs, or entire new windows. When I am at work, I always have one tab on calendar, one tab on email, various tabs for other work-related websites, and if I get a down-minute, other new tabs to look at plant-stuff. Oh, and certain times of day, I have a tab for a radio station.
