All right Cindy.... I've been reading through this thread without realizing how old it was. Which one did you end up with? And where did you get your start?

Why your thread caught my attention was I have been looking for Poliomintha longiflora. It is called Mexican oregano. I watch for it with the Hispanic vendors at the flea markets. I've also looked for seed. It is supposed to do well in Texas.

I was wondering if you had found any seeds in the "dried "Mexican oregano" at my local bulk bin store". Sometimes organic and not treated so seeds might germinate.

Old thread explains why all those links are not working.... I should have had a clue.
