Hi Larry @Seedfork,

I'm not entirely sure which bit you're trying to change. I've had a quick look at your plant list and I can see one Amaryllis entry (https://garden.org/lists/item/...). Is this the one you want to change to Hippeastrum?

If so, then what you can do is find the Amaryllis entry in your plant list and look for the database symbol next to it (the stack of four platters).

Click on that and it should show you a page with a button to unlink it from the database. Once done, you can then edit the entry (click the Pencil icon) and change the name to Hippeastrum. Then you can click the database icon again and link it to the Hippeastrum entry.

Note that "Amaryllis" will still be used as the common name on many of the database entries:

Common Name (Botanical name 'Cultivar')

I hope that helps. Let me know if I haven't answered your question.
