I've done my medicare research very early in case we put DH on Medicare and to know the difference between Medicare and my Group Insurance, which would be the best deal for him. But I know things will change and my memory will go so I will have to reeducate myself about Medicare when the time comes. But I found this place that provides FREE Medicare info. They are one of many FREE Medicare Brokers out there that get paid by the insurance companies. When you call or email. them you are assigned to your own Agent. They say 9 times out of 10 after answering a few questions they usually tell a New Client, "Okay, contact us in about 7 months and we'll help you then". A lot of people are trying to make early heads or tails of the complicated system. I listened to online live slide show they had. It was great and so informative that I took many screen shots so I could refer back to them. I had the chance to post a question at the end. They clarified for me any misconception.
