Thank you @plantladylin for your research, it is much appreciated Smiling I know so little about owls and did not realize there are so many brightly colored ones. Such good photos! Now i think my job is to keep a look out to see if i can manage to get a better photo for id. I'm guessing it may be awhile Rolling my eyes. . I did not know there were such adorable owls hidden in the vegetation and near dark.
