DLBee did you happen to notice if the scapes on the early ones was coming from the fan or not? They could be prebloom scapes. Otherwise I would say that blooming over a month early is definitely dramatic!

Raspberry Bouquet will most likely bloom over the weekend. I'm curious to see if the bloom is odd. I don't think it has ever had an odd bloom. I doubt it will get another scape because it lost fans this spring from critters.

I do expect Carousel Princess to get more scapes later in the season. CP is the only daylily that ever rebloomed for me so I thought it was definitely a prebloom scape. But it doesn't seem to be.

At least I'm not alone in noticing this! I wonder if next year they'll go back to their normal bloom time?
